Funchal Old Town Bay View Apartment 2.8 (39051/AL)

L'appartement est très bien placé, dans le quartier populaire de Funchal, près du marché des Lavradores et à proximité du téléphérique de la ville qui conduit aux superbes jardins botaniques de Monte. Les équipements sont nombreux (un vrai appartement qui n'est plus habité par ses propriétaires, et non une location). La superficie de l'appartement est incroyable! La terrasse est un pur bonheur (accessible depuis la suite parentale), avec une belle vue sur Funchal et la mer. La résidence est très calme et bien fleurie. Nous n'avons été dérangés par aucun bruit, malgré la proximité des rues touristiques en contrebas. Le parking est un vrai plus, car se garer dans le quartier relève de l'exploit (l'entrée est un peu spéciale et la propriétaire, Sabrina, nous y a conduit). Le ménage était fait parfaitement, et la décoration originale de l'appartement en fait un véritable nid. La machine à laver et les quelques condiments de base ont eux aussi été appréciés. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter!

A marvelous place. Beautiful interiors, unbelievable views of the water, ships, tram. Great location. We had a car which we totally didn’t need. One block from the best selection of Madeira food and right near the town market.

Leuk, stijlvol en charmant appartement in het oude gedeelte van Funchal. Prima als uitvalbasis om de stad te verkennen. Kinderen vonden de inrichting héél leuk.

Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft (ein Sonnensegel o.ä. wäre allerdings sehr praktisch, da ab 14:00 sonst volle Sonne) Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man im Urlaub so braucht. Tiefgaragenplatz ist inkl. und bei der Lage sehr hilfreich für alle, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Die Lage ist fußläufig zur Promenade und Altstadt, trotzdem kein Strassenlärm!

Super comfortable, spacious apartment in the old town of Funchal. Has everything you need and even more. Beautifully decorated so that you you feel right at home. Spotlessly clean. Extremely well equipped. Amazing rooftop terrace with brilliant views , so that you don't even have to go out at night. You can just as well enjoy your drink watching the city from "at home". In case you do want to go out, there are many good restaurants only a stone throw away. Isolated windows, we always slept like sleeping beauty! There's a protected parking lot included, a blessing if you rent a car and live downtown . The staff will explain everything to you in detail, so you will know how to access it. I can only recommend this place.

Apartamento fantástico! Situado no coração do Funchal, com uma vista soberba sobre a baia e uma proximidade enorme com a beleza e a animação do centro da cidade. Nos 3 primeiros dias o meu carro ficou na garagem do apartamento e foi muito fácil e perto deslocar-me dentro do Funchal a partir deste apartamento sem necessidade de utilizar o carro. Se poder regressar à Madeira, este será o sitio onde irei querer ficar... Recomendo!
